Another Gem Found!

As many know, Midtown Detroit is full of culinary surprises. Seva vegetarian restaurant is one of them. Originally from Ann Arbor, their Detroit location is located on 66 E. Forest Ave., behind the Woodward/Forest Checkers. Their building is fresh and cool with available outdoor seating. They are open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Seva also has a full bar. While there for a business lunch, I had General Tso's cauliflower for an appetizer and Pad Thai for my entree. The General Tso's cauliflower appetizer was incredible! It was light & extremely tasty! The sweet & sour chili sauce really made it a special treat. As for my Pad Thai, it was some of the best I had. The rice noodles, tofu, lime & cilantro made for a really nice version of this favorite. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with my Midtown treat at Seva vegetarian restaurant.
