New Level of Deliciousness!

New level of deliciousness!

When driving down Trumbull, in Midtown Detroit, the fresh new facade of Pie-Sci Pizza has caught my eye for some time. In addition to their curb appeal, as a pizza lover, the idea of pizza as a science interested me greatly. Located at 5163 Trumbull, they are next to Woodbridge Pub, between I-94 & Warren. I'm pleased that I finally got the chance to stop by for lunch. Once inside, I was struck by the extensive collection of lab beakers and test tubes. They added to the fun atmosphere. I was also greeted right away and got a brief tour of their wall menu. Despite being very hard to choose amongst so many great options, I ordered the "Hawaii Five O". It consisted of red sauce, pineapple, ham, bacon, mozzarella and BBQ sauce drizzle. I also ordered a Detroit City Soda black cherry pop. My pizza was amazing and my pop was superior! I'm hooked! In addition to ordering out, they also provide indoor, as well as a new outdoor seating area. Pie-sci has definitely taken pizza to a fresh new level!
